A 90 minute deep Yin Practice, artistically woven and challenging followed by a 30 minute Yoga Nidra. Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of asana practice.

Yin Asana Breakdown & Sequencing. Learn the foundational poses of Yin Yoga, along with creative variations, and non-traditional poses. Discuss precautions and modifications of the poses, and then create a sequence.
